4. Products and Authentication

4.1 Authenticity Guarantee

LuxuryTime guarantees the authenticity of all luxury timepieces sold on our platform. Each watch undergoes rigorous verification by certified horologists and authentication experts before being listed for sale.

• All watches come with a Certificate of Authenticity
• Original documentation and boxes are provided when available
• Any known repairs or modifications are disclosed in the listing

4.2 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products. However:

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography
• Minor variations in vintage or pre-owned watches are to be expected
• Condition reports are provided based on professional assessment

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Namibian Dollars (NAD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
• Taxes and duties may apply based on your location

5.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before order processing
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-compliant providers
• For high-value purchases, additional verification may be required

6. Orders and Fulfillment

6.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email.

6.2 Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped
• Custom or special orders may not be eligible for cancellation
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days

7. Selling Your Watch

If you wish to sell a watch through LuxuryTime:

• You must be the legal owner of the timepiece
• You must provide accurate information about the watch's condition and history
• All watches submitted for sale undergo authentication verification
• LuxuryTime may decline to list watches that do not meet our quality standards
• Commission rates and payment terms are specified in the Seller Agreement

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the LuxuryTime website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LuxuryTime or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission
• Watch brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners
• User-submitted content remains your property but grants us license to use it

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Submit false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or money laundering
• Resell or commercially exploit our services without authorization
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from our website

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Namibian law:

• LuxuryTime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuxuryTime, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

In the event of a dispute:

• If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation
• Formal legal proceedings shall be conducted in Windhoek, Namibia
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia
